That said, don't expect it to have quite the cleaning power of synthetic detergents. The fragrance overpowers even the anti-static dryer sheets, but I like it. Since its potassium based, it should be fine for watering most plants if you recycle your waste water. I'm glad to see they use saturated coconut oil, because when I tried this with canola oil , my clothes smelled rancid after drying.
