I have been using this product for a long time, and this wasn't it on all accounts (color, texture, scent). I didn't use it right away, so was beyond the 30 day return window. They did offer a partial refund. I hit decline by accident, asked them to resend. They closed the return. Also took several days to respond. Not a great experience.
