    The item arrived in a plastic envelope and was broken, in an unusable condition. I contacted the seller to request a refund and provided pictures of the item. The response was an offer of a 20% refund and to throw away the broken foam which was the structure of the wreath. I responded that the offer was unacceptable and was then offered a 50% refund and told I could still use the flowers for something else. Their solution is for me to spend more money. Poor seller experience.
