They shipped in it a rectangularly long box which appeared to have taken a blow somewhere along the way. No damage or dent as a result of the blow but the nut popped off from it's glued position and it took a very small chunk of finish in the area by the nut. The seller is best advised to ship their guitar necks in crushproof cardboard tubes instead of the rectangular box.
