    With some light dirt or sticker adhesive under the bill of the hat, I am not convinced that this hat is new as described but is in good condition. It was shipped in a mylar envelope as well. All good for the price but not super excited. I bought it because it was the lowest $$ on the market and the picture was pretty much a hat in good condition that I was holding out hope was actually new as described.
