Unfortunately in this case, the seller did not resolve the issue as promised. He only refunded part of the amount we agreed on. The "new" Monopoly I received was very damaged and no where in the listing description was this stated. The game was exposed to humidity/moisture at one point & the box was warped and caved in. One corner crushed. Be honest about the product you are selling.
