    There was a hiccup in the ship date but it arrived quickly and was well packaged. The seller was very responsive in following up with shipment concerns. I really love the bag but there was a slight imperfection on the back where there’s a relatively obvious scratch mark. I’m ok with it since it’s in the back and will be hidden during use. Either way, I don’t think it’s the seller’s fault but rather that it was probably scratched at some point in the original packaging process.
