    Though the parcel company crunched the box, it was packaged well and somehow survived whatever said company did to smash such a sturdy container. It shipped quickly. It was new as described. It’s a beautiful vintage kit. I was not expecting to find one in such good condition for the price given. The shipping cost was probably because it was sent in quality packaging otherwise it would probably have not made it. I’m grateful for the care given.

    The item arrived very poorly, packaged and missing an ear. However, contact with seller was easy and they were very responsive to attempt to correct issuing a refund and sending a few stablemate horses in an attempt to make it better. There were also very apologetic. Due to their willingness to take ownership and try to correct I may try them again.
