The description also said a power cord would be included but wasn’t. I reached out to the seller and they said they would send me a power cord and hard drive tray. I asked for the tracking information and they never provided it, and I never received either. It felt like the seller was being deliberately obtuse. The workstation was packaged well though.

Listing mentioned it was tested and all it needed was an OS, but seller sent the item in such a condition that it would not post. Despite reaching out through eBay, seller was either unwilling or unable to help me or even return my messages. I was finally able to boot after days of troubleshooting. Don't recommend unless you enjoy the feeling of being left high and dry.

The real problem is I was supposed to get delivery within 2 to 4 days and it took 13. I contacted the seller after a week went by and they responded the shipment was done the way they always do it and they were not aware of why this time it was taking so long. Anyway the memory was packed well and arrived in good condition. I guess I just have to blame USPS, and stop believing “2 to 4 “day free shipping promises.
