    bought a total of 90+ seeds. first 30 I planted direct in the soil, 2 weeks went by, nothing sprouted. then I took 30 more seeds and soaked them in water for 12 hours before planting in the ground, 2 weeks have gone by. still nothing sprouted, took the last remaining seeds and soaked for 24 hours planted in 8 ounce planting cups with miracle grown starter seed soil. its been 10 days so far. and nothing has sprouted. weathers been in the 80's and 90's, seeds should have germinated with no prob.

    Hey im sorry they havent sprouted yet... because of the sz and type, this corn (as well as many of the mexican heirloom corns) does take extra time to get started . Once it gets going its smooth sailing . Dont hesitate to reach out if you have trouble... we are in florida and are in the 90's as well, but we havent had much rain in the past 3 weeks or so. Ours have a direct irrigation system and still took over 3 weeks to get going.
