      Not for Course Hair

      This product is for people who already have a soft or curly texture. I wouldn't recommend it because "Beautiful Texture" makes you feel it will do what a "No Lye" relaxer will do. It does not. It was not a good value because, for me, it was a waste of money. It did nothing. I can't say it was good quality because, again, it did nothing. I would not recommend this product.

      Potentially Dangerous Product

      I ordered this product in June but decided to give to my daughter to use in my granddaughter's hair for when school started back. My daughter used the small bottles included in your shipment. She had already put on my granddaughter's hair and it appeared to be water. Once she put the conditioner she noticed that there was a strong bleach smell. I don't know what you sent me but this is totally unacceptable. I expect correspondence immediately.

      Uses heat to straighten natural hair, no need for other products, blow dry or flat iron to manage, use special shampoo n conditioner to keep straight,protects hair n leaves shiny soft n smooth, instant revert back to natural w clarifying shampoo, can last about 6 weeks...down sides is quite a bit of heat used, hair is really light so wind can disheveled style easily, the anti humidity used to avoid fluffy hair needs improvement, showers and rain and damp air maJes ur hair fluffy quick
