      Ordered these originally on June 9th. Both USPS/seller claimed item was delivered to me on June 14th. It wasn't! Contacted both seller and ebay about this. Seller replied back that they would issue me a complete refund. Ebay said they would send me the same item,a second time, completely free of charge. Finally received the item on June 24th. The postal carrier left item in front of my Apt. door inside building, rather than inside my mailbox. The envelope item came in was torn open.
