I'm a smaller guy, and even on the highest settings it still feels too loose on me. I'm going to keep it, but I'll definitely need to drill a couple new holes for size adjustment, and trim the straps a bit shorter so they aren't overlapping in the anterior O-rings.

But I want everybody to know why. The product that came was actually excellent, but it was not the correct flogger. This seller sells a lot of products, and all of them are excellent, and this one was just miss packaged. But the seller did everything exactly to make sure that I got the correct product, and offered me a refund, and there was no issue whatsoever.
