    When I opened the package and inspected the power board there was a blown capacitor. The board doesn’t work. I tried contacting the seller and the seller is ignoring my messages. I paid full asking price for the item. In the whole world of eBay sellers I had to end up with the one person to sell me a defective board with no compensation or communication. I don’t recommend or will ever buy from this seller in the future. This board was to replace a faulty board. Now I have two defective boards.

    Greatest Thing Ever

    I love how fast this thing unclogs my ducts. As a nursing mom I always have clugged ducts and within 5 minutes they are a lot better.

    Does not work

    Did not work at all for me. I heated it up for the recommended time and it did not heat up enough,a nd the instructions stated to not heat any more than what was listed. Tried freezing it overnight and in the morning tried using it and it was not at all cool/cold.
