I contacted them, sent pics of the bubble wrap & broken candle holder . They apologized & gave me a refund. They did not say they were disputing anything. I thought that was the end of it & threw it out. Now they have filed a claim with the Post Office disputing the broken candle holder and want me to prove it was broken. Very odd, none the less We're glad we were able to promptly refund your order.
