    23.5 lb bag of dogfood was sent to the wrong address. I saw that on Fedex track and ask seller to confirm. Seller confrms sent to wrong address and issues refund. Prior to that,could not make contact at Fedex to make right. Finally did after days of trying, but FEDEX says I can't change address, only seller can. Why didn't seller correct the address instead of telling me it went wrong? He Says to re-order and when I try, he doesn't have it. Also, track shows 8lb when it is 23.5 lb. Many issues.
