      Tires are new and delivered to my local tire installer. Good price for the tires. The seller has installation service plan called CarAdvise, stay away from that! The CarAdvise service is no good because it doesn't always activate with the installer and caused me to pay again at the installer. I had to call and send email to Car Advise to get a refund. Also the installer told me CarAdvise would provide invoice and details of the installation, that was a lie. Otherwise the seller is fine.
