The seller sent me the following message 4 days after purchase “the cargo company reported that the product was damaged, it was the last product in our stock”. Based on their feedbacks this is not the first time this has happened. Maybe they need to pack items better or use a different shipping service. They do communicate well and respond to messages quickly. They also refunded me quickly.
