    Item was not new. It was built then taken apart put back in the box. Seller accepted the return but took a week to send the return label. Seller received the return on a Friday but then filed a claim on Sunday that the box was empty. Fortunately for me I kept my shipping receipt showing the weight of the package. I guess it is a possibility that someone could have taken the box out of the package if it sat out from Friday until Sunday but he had it back on eBay for sale again. Kinda fishy.

    The item was listed used-like new and was in original box. I had to accept the return under Ebays policy. Ebay issued the return label since I had used their shipping service so not sure why it took so long. The item was returned however the box received was empty which is why I filed a claim and Ebay ruled in my favor. I had two of the same item for sale.
