    The only thing that could've been better during this process was better communication from the seller. I purchased this item on 8/7 and received my first communication that it was shipped on 8/14. I don't remember when the shipping window was, but it took 11 days from purchase to receipt of the item. Sooner would've been great, but I guess that's acceptable. The most important part was the item was as described and packed securely. For that reason, I would buy from this seller again.
