The description was a generic copy & paste. The unit was shipped without using any bubble wrap or styrofoam peanuts – it came in an oversized box among some crumpled up newspaper. Upon arrival it was lying face first on the bottom of the box. Fortunately, Symetrix makes a sturdy product, so the unit is in fine working order. But the seller didn't include the power cable, so I had to go buy one.
