This unit works fine, but Kohler's lack of tech support is a nightmare. At first they blamed the first one of these that was sent out -- as time went on, it turned out to be a Kohler interface problem. This seller, upon reading a previous "not so great" review [which I have to try to figure out how to edit and correct!!!!], sent out a new unit without hesitation
