There are some wear marks on the top of the head band and it wasn’t in the original packaging either. The appearance of the headset looks fine though. Once I put the batteries in, the headset powered on and worked fine as well. For $400 plus fees, this isn’t a bad value especially when you get the upgraded ear cups as well. Honestly I want to give this positive feedback but for the issues mentioned earlier.
