    Mid 2012 a1286 MacBook Pro

    The mid 2012 Macbook Pro (model md103ll/a, md104ll/a and md546ll/a) was the last of the user upgradable MacBook Pro laptops. This allows you to upgrade memory and hard drives to faster technology at a fraction of the cost. Although the machine has already been made obsolete by the inability to run new OS/X operating systems, the machines run a huge amount of software in a very efficient manner.
