I was sent an item that was in such poor condition it did not function. The photos in the listing was not the same item that I received. I take videos of all packages as I'm opening them and the item was in non-functional condition as it came out of the package. The seller denied any wrongdoing and accused me of being a liar. eBay promptly issued me a refund.
