USPS stated it was delivered and they never really delivered it since my office is by my door. The seller was very responsive and di refund my money and I sent proof of filing a claim with the USPS about item stating delivery when it was none. I would definitely do business with this seller again becuase of the quick attentiveness and getting my refund along with an apology email.
