I wish better pictures featuring the scratches in the paint were depicted. Engine oil level was below the "Add" mark on the dipstick. The car will have to go to the body shop to repair the scratches in the paint. I do not believe the seller was responsible for the scratches, but like I said I wish photos specifically showing the scratches were depicted.
