Every single thing on it was tested before it was shipped to you. You either did something to make it not work right or it happened in shipping. Then the reason you left for returning it you say you offered to take a partial refund and said I wouldnt cooperate. Not true. I asked you to let me check with shipping first to see about the insurance. You immediately filed for a full refund you would have by now if you hadnt opened a case.

Shipping speed was very fast. The only minor quibble was the seller shipped the record in the bare outer jacket, with no inner sleeve protecting the record. All's well that ends well, the record arrived in advertised condition, but there is a bit of luck involved. All in all, a good experience.
