Good packaging and good shipping and good transaction and communications. **My only disappointment is the multiple knifes purchased were not very sharp out of the box. Is this a liability issue or sharpening issue? Some people use their knives daily and I happen to be one of those people. My father would whip my butt if he caught me with that dull blade. Dull knife is of no use, especially out of the box. Otherwise nice knife.
