        Seller, did send me purchased item, they refunded me for the purchased item and notified me they sold item on another site they neglected to take listing down, and the seller did not fulfill his obligation to send me the item I purchased, I bought hundreds of dollars of parts to build bike frame I purchased, and seller wasted my time and money on parts I can not use for a bicycle frame I did not recieve, and PayPal holding my money for 5 plus days , seller needs to be held accountable
