The problem was the shipping that arrived one week late, with practically no communication from seller (only a note on the order record saying the shipment was late). Tracking of the item was useless. Finally, I received an email saying the item had been delivered when it hadn't. It was over two hours after I had received that email when the item was finally delivered.
