The seller refused to release the vehicle due the payment, which was made after 7 days, and he treated the entire amount paid (33,500 USD!) as a deposit that he will keep! The seller does not intend to complete the transaction or return the funds paid, which is an obvious attempt at fraud. The offer to pay an additional amount due to late payment was ignored.
