About the Brand
Lancome is a French cosmetics company founded by Armand Petitjean in 1935. The brand was named after a French castle, Le Château de Lancosme, and the company's symbol was inspired by the roses growing around it. Lancome was created as a perfume company, launching five fragrances for the 1935 World's Fair in Brussels. Its fragrances are made in association with other famous perfumers such as Alain Astori, Christine Nagel, and many more. Everything top of the line, BUT, if the Seller had not wrapped the two items in separate padded envelopes before putting in the cardboard box all would have been lost. USPS totally mangled that box. The perfume bottles would have been broken and all contents lost forever. USPS, YOU BLEW IT. Don't know why it sat 50 miles from delivery destination for all those days. Would definitely buy from this Seller again with different carrier.
