      Baffled by your feedback about knots, the Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti sterling silver diamonds by the yard necklace was properly packaged, this necklace did not have any knots nor was it tangled when I packaged it, it was sent in the gift bag and gift box as shown in the photos, also with a white bow, tissue paper, and bubble wrap to secure it.
