    This purchase honestly couldn't have gone better. The product appears and functions exactly as described. The shipping was faster than I expected. And the price is the best I've seen for monitor arms like this (I'd always suspected that the prices I'd seen elsewhere were kind of a rip-off). The only possible improvement I could think of is if the included a drill bit in the package, because I ended up have to go with the hole-trough-the-desk mounting option and needed a bit to make the hole.

    These articulating swivel monitor stands work well for our needs. We have 6 or 8 of these in our offices and they work well with monitors, in some cases, up to 32 inches. But the key factor is not size but weight with not to exceed about 8.5 to 9.0 pounds. So far we haven't had any gas springs give out over the last two years so we're happy with this specific model.
