      Tomee RCA Cable Review

      At first, I dealt with a defective av cable from this company which was immediately remedied once I received a working set. A functioning cable has no problems, the sound and video quality looks/sounds as it should, nothing to really note here other than the fact that the input for the av cable for some reason only goes in half-way (but it still functions properly of course). I suggest not trying to force it for obvious reasons and everything should be fine.

      It's not perfect

      I received this and while the picture and sound is fine, the connection does not fit very well into the dreamcast. I had to push a little harder than the stock cable. It does work though and as long as you aren't removing it constantly, you should be fine. Maybe spend a few more bucks on one that is a little better made.

      Great AV Cable

      I bought a used Dreamcast recently that came with a VGA Cable. Whilst it worked to provide video for some games, others said the cable wasn't supported. And the VGA Cable only worked with my old PC tower's monitor. My Digital TV wouldn't even read the Dreamcast with it. I bought this Cable and boy what a difference. The video looks identical to the VGA (for the games I could play on the VGA). And unlike my computer monitor, I can have actual sound in AV mode on my TV using this!!! The cable is a nice length as well. Making it easy to set-up. It's well made and packed. You'd think this was officially from SEGA.

      Acceptable Budget Replacement

      Ok for a budget replacement, gets the job done. Quality is acceptable. Connector fits tight in the Sega Dreamcast, I had to push hard to get it all the way in. It felt like I was going to break something. AV connectors design and quality are so so. Picture and sound is good.

      Buy the real OEM cable instead

      While the power cable worked fine for me, I am having problems getting the AV cable by Tomee to work. It does not fit entirely into the AC slot on the back there is about a 1/4 inch sticking out., so I think that's what the problem is. I purchased a authentic OEM dream cast AV cable and perhaps I will have better luck with that. Power cord- yes, works Av cable- No , not working
