    High hopes.

    I thought because of the name I was buying a great product. The headset is exactly as described! Shipping was very fast! Easy to use - install a app on my phone in order to use. The headset charges fast! They are lightweight, comfortable and the sound quality is great! The noise canceling feature works amazingly! Ufortunately it doesn't hold charge - it dies after using for 5 hrs. If you want a headset you can use for many hours DON'T ORDER THIS ONE FROM SONY!

    Thought they would be better.

    Bought these to replace around the neck headphones, however, the battery life is terrible. From full charge I get no more than 2 hours of use before they shut down. They are supposed to charge in the case. I had the case plugged in all day and then unplugged it for the weekend. When I went to use the earbuds on monday, they said my battery was at "medium". The sound quality if pretty good, the noise cancelling is ok but not great. They seal your ear canals pretty well and that blocks more sound than anything. I would definitely not buy these again.

    Good equipment

    It is all good, just the design solution could have been a little bit better. Cracking noise when placing the earbuds into the charging case gives you a feeling that you will break it. All cheaper earbuds have better solution for this. The charging case could have also been better. Sound is great. Ambient sound detection interrupts the phone conversations and is little bit inconvenient but it can be turned off. Overall is very good.

    Excellent Wireless Earbuds

    I Really Like the the Design as well the Charging Craddle for On the Road and The Updates for Better Performance. What i don't like is if you loose 1 earbud you can't Synch Another with it so it could only be use for parts.

    A steal if refurbished, okay if new

    Overall a solid bet for Bluetooth headphones. I don't think the original MSRP of $200 would be worth it, but getting it refurbished is a great deal. There are many options for earbuds so you can find the most comfortable ones, and the battery life is solid. Be sure to download the Sony headphones app so you can change the EQ and customize the button functions for both L and R phones!
