    under counter jar opener.

    The opener works for most glass jars with screw on lids. The jars with low profile lids don't match with the teeth on the opener, but with a little effort you can place the lid on the teeth and use the opener. You can then use both hands to turn the jar and loosen the lid.

    Good product for arthritis or tough lids on any size jar.

    Good product, but the older versions had metal teeth on both sides of the V shape. This newer, less expensive? version uses metal teeth edge on one side and plastic teeth, which will eventually probably wear out, on the other side. Happy with unit other than the lack of 2 metal teeth gripper.
