I find I'm charging my phone and other stuff more and more on the go, so it's nice to be able to always have one battery pack charging while one is at least topped off at all times. The ease of operations with this model is great, the only catch is you can only discharge from a regular USB port with charging from either a USB-C or a Micro USB. So, a discharge with a USB-C to USB-C is not possible. But for me personally, that isn't really a problem yet.

This is a big deal while traveling! The charging brick also lasts so I charged my phone twice to 100% in a matter of a weekend while traveling before I had to recharge the brick again. I had another Anker 10000mAh Power Bank and I'm glad I upgraded to the 20000mAh!
