Cushion is very soft. Expected it to be much thicker like the photo. I will make a tiny rip in seam and add some fluff. Also the cushion is white and the bed is a cream. Overall happy with my purchase. Better yet my pups love it. Hopped right in and haven't left it yet. Thank you for a good study bed. Wish i could upload pictures.

Anyways I went and picked my item up at the post office because I think the mail delivery person was just too lazy to deliver the packages. I got my regular mail and it happened the other day too. They need to crack down on the poor work ethics of employees.
