Shipping was very fast; I appreciate that. Shipping cost is on steep side for an item that could have gone on a first-class stamp. I realize sellers must provide envelope, but a stamp and envelope would be less than $1.00 total. Remaining seeds will be planted again next year, and if germination is better I will change this feedback. And neutral feedback is neither positive nor negative; it's the absolute best I could do considering what I got.
