    Continuing Sammy

    This is a really good sounding record. For fans, it's what we've all come to expect from anything Sammy is involved with. Great guitar hooks, great lead vocals and harmonies. And the rock. The professional critics will probably say it sounds too much like him and doesn't break any new ground. That may be true, but an artist at this stage of his career will likely be OK in his own skin. And be comfortable with it. One interesting note about this project is the fact that he did it as a concept piece. You can hear that if you listen close. But the songs also stand alone quite well if you want to turn it up and have another beer.

    Sammy Hagar is an amazing artist in every aspect of his profession. He and his band mates always put 110 percent in to their work and never fail to amaze! Enjoy this album and do yourself a favor and see where the ideas came from.
