    Out of the box the rotating brush has a high pitched squeaking sound so it’s squeaks every rotation. Not sure how this was certified with the brush sounding like this. I will now need to have it fixed so will most likely need to wait weeks to get it back. I know they are easy to fix but guessing can’t touch it if it’s supposed to stay under warranty. Ordering and receiving was smooth and quick. Just wish the certification group would check it works correctly before calling it certified.

    Factory refurbish was not right.

    This vacuum arrived with the BUMPER installed incorrectly. I had to call Roomba to find out the error. They told me to remove the bumper with 5 screws to fix. That was very upsetting as this was FULLY refurbished by factory I was told. Downloaded the app and it doesn't always clean. If I move it to another room it doesn't clean but searches for a long time. I get frustrated and return it home. I am not happy that it came in an error mode and not set to function correctly, I HAD TO FIX. Poor refurbish unit.

    A great little wifi robo vacuum with cool phone app features

    It does get caught on curtains that hang to the floor if they have loose threads at the bottom, and long hair can get wrapped around the moving parts on the underside, but the phone app is pretty great once you help it label each room in your house because you can send it to go clean only whatever room needs cleaning. And you can schedule cleanings as often as you want at dates and times you customize. Pretty cool. It’s very brave at trying to clean around power cables, chair legs, etc. it can’t fit into tiny spaces, but it squeezes in almost anywhere it can fit and always finds its way back out.

    Impressed but not perfect

    Cleans better than expected. The dust bin full sensor kept tripping and realized there was some extra stuff when you take the bin off inside of the back of the roomba that was giving it some fuss. Need to clean up some cords for it but it works decently enough.

    Really great on pet hair pickup!

    Before I purchased this, I read the description which stated it was good with pet hair. That was the decisive feature. And, IT WORKS! My dog sheds like no other and I knew there was pet hair on the carpets that my regular vacuum wasn't getting but I had no idea just how much hair! This vacuum has been running daily and picking up an unbelievable amount of pet hair. I am truly amazed. I love it.
