A little scary at first with the paperwork sent with the item, still have not heard back from the email that was demanded, then had a small wrinkle with AT&T, dealt with quickly by the agent l dealt with. Been a surprise with the unit charging. Not like other devices l have used in the past, but quick recovery. Seems to work fine altogether.
