I contact to seller about the situation. I only got reply that they tested it before shipped. I also added this is ok as I like the camera and will order a FUJIFILM EF-X8 external flash to add on in order to solve issue and said the camera is not worth with the bid price. Seller did not offer any help, price adjustment or even suggestion to deal with the issue.

The description was correct as the product was in great condition and I am very pleased with the seller's full description. I was a bit surprised it came in a fex-ex bag but the camcorder was wrapped in many layers of bubble wrap and there was no damage to the shipping bag nor the camera itself.
