    Item was sealed and new. I asked a question about why I did not feel any of the heat when using like other reviews have mentioned. One person either here or on Amazon said it almost got too hot. I felt nothing whether I used water or not and still feel nothing. Maybe my skin is just more used to products? I got a response from the seller saying it was a brand new product which I never questioned and was told to try adding water. It could just be my skin type or other people are more sensitive.

    Anti-age exfoliant

    Great physical exfoilant with Lactic acid. Best of both worlds. When you massage in circles and add water you automatically feel a warming sensation caused from the acid. A great medium to heavy exfoliation, not for those with sensitized skin.

    Love it - great price!

    I have used Dermalogica for years, and the Microfoliant is one of my favorite products. You feel an immediate warming, when you squeeze a 1 inch ribbon into your palm. Massaging it onto your face, you feel the warmth and the gentle exfoliating. I like to leave it on for a minute or so - rinsing reveals smooth, soft skin.
