And the color of those sent to me are not the same as the ones in the pictures. The ones in the pictures look more like factory Ryobi, the two I got don't. Not that it matters that much. I just wish they used pictures that were like what I received.

They went over some does and don'ts so I have a good experience and get the best out of the batteries for long term. My package arrived quickly and as instructed, I fully charged the batteries before using them. I then used the batteries they worked great and they seem to be holding charge when not in use as well.
