And the color of those sent to me are not the same as the ones in the pictures. The ones in the pictures look more like factory Ryobi, the two I got don't. Not that it matters that much. I just wish they used pictures that were like what I received.

They promptly refunded the entire purchase price, after which they asked some questions so they could better inform the factory of the problem. The person I communicated with was always prompt, courteous, and thanked me for the information. The batteries appeared to be new assemblies with new components.
