Long story short, the shipping id was bogus. Ebay helped out with a contact and the shipper said that due to odd container size it didn't ship as hoped." But" he was shipping it out that day. (Bogus) Never got it. Never heard from the seller again. Ebay ended up refunding my money. Thank you, Ebay, for your support.
