Arrives quickly and packaged in a crate for protection. You can tell this thing is a workhorse. Easy to clean, easy to operate. Comes with clear directions and there are several videos on YouTube that you can watch that show cleaning, and operation as well. Overall very happy!!!

When I took the back off, I observed that the fan assembly was simply laying in the machine. The Seller is a great seller. They assisted me in trouble shooting and when that didn't work, they quickly sent me a return label and I was refunded the day I dropped the item off at Fedex. I highly recommend this seller. Jim H.
